and offer a great improving
of their quality standards with regard comfort, security and quality of the dried crops.

To the recent successful improvements which made the difference, like

AUTOMATIC and PERMANENT LUBRIFICATION SYSTEM
 


Be sure, at the beginning of every new working season, the drier is fully lubricated and the grease-container is fully filled at its max level.
The system ensures autonomy of 400 working hours approx on the machines Pto Drive and 600 h. approx on the machines electric drive.

The system operates through the following items:
- An electric grease-pump joined to a grease container of 4 kg capacity. (it. 1)
- A serial of grease dosers/dispensers. (it. 2)
- A sensor to check the effective passing through of the grease (it. 3)

The pump is electrically powered ( 12 or 24 volts) through the same electric circuit mounted on the drier itself.
A rotating scraper, driven by the pump itself, keeps permanently visible the residual level of grease into the container.
An outer grease nipple allows the filling of the container with no need to open it. It can be done by a normal hand grease-gun or with the assistance of an air compressor.
The time-gap between one pumping to the next one is recorded on the electronic circuit of the pump and it can be easily adjusted at any time.
The dosers/dispensers units provide to distribute the full quantity of grease pushed by the pump in the correct proportion to each one of the driving units to be lubricated.
An electric sensor checks the grease has gone trough and provide to stop the pump.
A serial of light signals mounted on the control panel of the drier show permanently what is the operating condition of the pump (on works, on stand-by or in lock-out).
In case of emergency the system always allows to lubricate each element manually or with the assistance of an air-compressor.
The full unit is suitable as a separate kit to be fitted on the machines previously delivered without this facility.

HYDRAULIC CIRCUIT TO OPERATE TOP RETRACTABLE SCREEN AND TOP CENTER AUGER
 

An hydraulic distributor with two levers of up-down option (1),
an hydraulic ram largely oversized (2) for the centre auger
and an hydraulic motor (3) to operate the steel- wire rope winch for the top screen.

Two high pressure hoses (4) c/w fast attachments to insert to the back hydraulic outlets of a tractor.

Less than 60 seconds
to get both operations,
in total security and comfort.

Once the operation is over the hoses can be removed from the tractor outlets and fixed in the most convenient and less encumbering way, the system hold itself pressurized.

The system is completed with safety locks and security locking valves which operate in case of oil leakage or broken hose.

The level of the oil pressure and the operating speed are easily adjustable and can be so perfectly adapted to the specifications of the hydraulic pump of the tractor

An option absolutely ideal for contractors, for who need to move the machine frequently.

 

HEATING EXCHANGERS "COMPACT LINE"
 


The indirect drying avoids any mixing and contact between the drying-air flow and the residuals of the combustion.

It is an option which offer the great advantage to get always a dried crop of faultless quality and fully uncontaminated

That undiscussed advantage was always in front of three large inconvenients:

- An high overprice when buying the drier.
- A value of oil consumption 20% approx higher comparing a drier operating in direct fire.
- A low level of the maximum air drying temperature, restricting in fact the option of the heating exchanger to some special products or for organic agriculture..

It must be said the rumours about an overhanging Law (European or National) which is forcing the using of the Heating Exchanger and forbidding the system of direct fire are today no more frequents and no more stronger as they are since twenty years at least.
It is nevertheless undeniable the sensitiveness of the market actors ( farmers, grain merchants, agro-food industries) became in recent times much more keened regard this aspect of the crops drying

The answer of PEDROTTI to this better attention is the range of Heating Exchangers “COMPACT LINE”:

The innovative design, the using of extra-quality materials (three different kind of stainless steel) with the end to get the best thermic performing on each section, allow to be largely over the traditional and usual incovenients of an Heating Exchanger.

The price is halved (equal to a few more when fitting a gas burner), the thermic performance is always over 92% - 93%.

The Exchanger “COMPACT” is mounted into the drier itself and does not increase any dimension of the machine.

The working temperatures can reach 100°C/110°C over the ambient temperature, which make the drier suitable for every crop.
