AUTOMATIC AND PERMANENT LUBRICATION SYSTEM

The system assures autonomy for about 400 hours of effective work on universal cardan shaft machines and about 600 hours on electric machines. The system consists of the following components (as reproduced in the picture that follows):
- An electric pump coupled with a grease tank with the capacity of 4 - 5 Kg. (position 1)
- A range of grease dispenser measuring devices (position 2)

The pump is electrically powered (12 volts or 24 volts) through the electrical system installed on to the machine.
The residual level of grease is always visible thanks to the rotating scraper installed on the inside.
The tank is filled by means of an external lubricator equipped with a special filter so that the tank does not need to be opened. You can do it manually through an ordinary grease-pump or by means of an air compressor.
The interval between each pumping is regulated and arranged by the operators in the factory and the program is recorded on a PLC unit placed in the control electric panel.
The program can be easily modified at any time.
The dispenser and the measuring devices distribute the right quantity that the pump delivers in proportion to each of the organs that have to be greased.
An electric sensor controls the passage of the grease and stops the pump.
A set of light signals installed on the electric control panel (or digital messages on the main display) notifies the operating condition of the pump (pumping, stand- by or lock out). In case of emergency the system always allows to lubricate any element manually in the traditional way (or by means of compressor).
It is possible to install the system also on machines that originally were equipped with the traditional lubrication system.
